Our Story

Bury farm is the brainchild of local businessman Alan Dugard who purchased the original buffalo farm back in 2005 with a vision to create a world-class equestrian centre. Alan and his family have played a huge role in transforming the farm into one of the best facilities in the southeast. During the pandemic, the family got together to plan a local summer festival to help bring people back together after a very tough couple of years. The sole purpose of Bury Farm Events is to showcase local music, food, entertainment and crafts to the local community and beyond.
